Pleasant, friendly and good value + We had a pleasant stay in this welcoming youth hostel near a little neighbourhood with some good restaurants (and more places to drink coffee than in the previous three weeks), on a 10-15 minute walk from metro line 1. The women at the reception were top class, friendly and helpful. The apartment had two rooms, convenient if you travel with to grown-up sons, and had the facilities we needed. Good value, we even had our laundry done. Recommended!

adequate but diminshed facilities over the last 12 months + I have stayed at the loft previously. The laundry service is good but the breakfast is a bit Spartan. However, there is a supermarket directly across the road in addition, to a few other places, to obtain a Chinese breakfast. − The greatest disappointment is that plastic chairs and dysfunctional tables reside in an area where armchairs and sofas existed; which were set as a reading room. The room now is utterly dysfunctional and detracts from any benefit of staying there. The management of the place (as distinct from the staff) seem prone to idiotic decisions.

+ Clean, comfortable rooms with good AC units and no bugs or funky smells. The shared bathroom has a nice shower with good water pressure and temperature. You can pick up shower shoes and towels from the front desk. Laundry is not free. The lobby area is calm and quiet, perfect for getting work done or talking with a friend. − If you have mobility issues, be aware that they don't seem to have an elevator. Though perhaps they do and it is just hidden away somewhere. My poor roommate sprained her ankle during the day and had to limp up five flights of stairs to our room on her own.

Lovely hostel in a cool location + This hostel was really well located, in a great area with a ton orf different restaurants and right next to a creative district full of arty shops. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the vibe was good. I wish I had been there to participate in some of the activities they organise! Everything in the hostel was modern and the services offered were very well priced, I got my laundry washed and dried for about 5 euros for example. Everything was well kept and modern, my room had a great bathroom too.

Уютный небольшой хостел + Расположение удобное, недалеко от станции метро. Вокруг здания много высоких деревьев и красивых растений, вид из окна приятный, в хостеле живет кошка. Рядом с хостелом модный квартал с кафешками, магазинчиками, барами и очень классным букинистическим. Можно дойти пешком до набережной. Номер чистый, небольшой, уборка каждый день. Есть небольшой коворкинг. Хостел легко нашли с первого раза, администраторы очень приятные. Заезд был чуть позже 14:00, написали заранее на всякий случай, чтобы сохранили бронь, нам ее сохранили, заехали без проблем. − Понравилось все, но можно было бы добавить одноразовые тапочки в номер. Администратор предлагала нам резиновые тапочки, но все-таки одноразовые намного удобнее.

+ La ubicación está bastante bien, hay bastantes bares y restaurantes cercanos y un supermercado al lado. El metro está a 10 min andando y el personal es muy atento.
