No se si repetiré + La ubicació − El gimnas te totes les cintes de corre espatllades. Poc cuidat. Per pujar sl gimnas has de canviar 2 cops d ascensor, es complicat i incomode La recepció poc flexible, ens va afegir extra cost per no haver demanat els llits individuals a la reserva.

A very good stay that can be recommended to others. + Location of the hotel very good, the room were nice and clean. There were a good choice for breakfast , but the only issue is the communication problem. − There were no bellboy service , but the personel were very helpful . Communications were not quite easy. But everything went well. Overall we are quite satisfied.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a delicious breakfast. + We enjoyed staying at the Grand Skylight Hotel. It was a beautiful hotel, the rooms were clean & comfortable and we loved the huge variety of the breakfast. − There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel but it would be good if there were more towel rails or hooks in the bathroom.

The staff and service was amazing and made our stay!! Location is SUPER convenient + The staff were absolutely amazing during my stay and are the reason for the high rating. I interacted with several female staff during my stay (Aug 21-23) and each of them were so extremely patient and helpful going ABOVE AND BEYOND on multiple occasions. One of which time was literally helping me with my taobao/luggage fiasco which had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel; but they took the extra time to help me and solve everything for. When we were unsure about the car, one of the check in ladies ran to the back to ensure we wouldn’t have to - the service was amazing and I am so impressed. Would absolutely stay again. − Initially when we entered the room there was a slight smoky smell but I notified the staff and they changed us immediately. The new room had zero smell
