W Xian is outstanding! + The W Xian is one of the nicest and most modern W Hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are large, pool is wonderful. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is outstanding.

+ ZERO. Flights, Hotels, and access to China, all cancelled by government due to coronavirus - this is the only hotel to not cancel. To boot, the W Xian fraudulently “checked in” my reservation as if I’d stayed there. Phones are not answered, messages not returned, emails not replied to and even attempts at contact by Expedia unsuccessful. Even as a platinum elite - no replies at all from hotel. This is an unethical operation undeserving of the W name.

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectation + It was a flawless experience spending my holidays in W Xian! I have stayed in W in many different cities and W Xian is probably the best. All the staff were extremely helpful and organised everything for me without being asked. Phoebe Gao, the loyalty coach, lavished me with constant surprises and made my anniversary an unforgettable one!

+ The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!

值得推薦的酒店 + 前枱員工非常有礼，並且提醒我房間沒有包含早餐，如果我們需要用早餐，可以一天前用(人民幣150/ 位)購買第二天早上的早餐，但是當天購買的話，需要支付人民幣250/位。早餐非常豐盛，多種多樣的選擇。入住時間西安天氣很熱，酒店提很多樽水，真的是很貼心。

無與倫比的優質酒店 + 令人驚艷的外觀與大廳裝潢。服務人員專業、和藹可親。房間寬敞明亮、裝潢前衛新潮，陽臺外景觀優美。門開後，窗簾自動拉開的設計令人難忘。床及枕頭太棒了，非常舒適。水量充足。早餐種類繁多、美味可口、尤其是西式麵包。
