− On October 22, 2025, the second day of our stay, upon returning in the evening, we found water on the floor, on the bed and our clothes wet. We immediately notified the staff, but they said there was no problem. We were forced to change room, so we had to pack all our belongings into our bags, and the process lasted until 11.30 pm. Faced with this major inconvenience, we asked to speak to the manager, but after several days, no one contacted us. At the reception we were told that they could not provide any compensation because, according to them, they had not identified the source of the problem. This is an unacceptable response. We found a puddle of water on the floor in our room, along with wet duvets, mattresses, pillows, and clothing. If you can't find the reason, it's not our problem. It is your responsibility and duty to ensure guests are comfortable and safe. We expect you to at least apologize personally for the inconvenience, we're not asking for compensation, but to be tre…

地点很好 + 早餐比较家常。地理位置极佳，楼下有公交车站，距离地铁1号线小白楼站约700米。就在五大道景区边上，在房间可以俯瞰五大道景区或是泰安道，新华路上有一家渔家院海鲜超级划算，洛阳道上的福慧轩有传统天津菜，小白楼的起士林是比较正宗的俄式餐厅。 − 酒店里有一部分租给了月子中心，感觉酒店不足够纯粹。

+ Our family had a lovely wonderful stay throughout our 17 days in the city at this 2BR serviced apartment It felt like a home away from home thanks to all the staffs who made this possible- though one should not expect this establishment to be that of a grandiose 5-star hotel. Special mentions to the breakfast team, the staffs are brilliant and so friendly. Breakfast spread were right up our alley with with a variety of local foods and dishes prepared by the cook daily, on top of a line of up basic international standard buffet items. Hotel rooms and common areas are kept very clean, though dated, furniture we had in our apartment was of acceptable standards. We hope to see every one again next year 谢谢所有工作人员，尤其是早餐团队！
