In general I really appreciate the professional service provided by the staff. + Staff are very friendly and helpful. − The air conditioner doesn’t work properly this time and the room was very hot. We have to leave the window open all the time during our stay and it still felt a bit hot.

Ottimo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro! + Ottimo hotel, camere spaziose e luminose, colazione molto varia sia locale che continentale. Lo staff non parla inglese ma è molto gentile e disponibile. La mia camera odorava in maniera molto forte di fumo e me l'hanno cambiata la sera stessa. Inoltre ho dovuto lasciare prima la città e mi hanno fatto pagare solo le notti effettive. Ottime e pulite anche piscina, sala aerobica e palestra.

Great place + Breakfast was good. The gym and the swimming pool are real ones, and the staff is great. There is a sauna and a turkish bath too. The staff is pretty helpful but they don't speak great english − The internet: to connect you have to use wechat or a phone number. Unbelievable.
