Great stay + Great stay, had apartment facilities and felt homely but also had hotel amenities, like regular cleaning and access to the reception desk 24 hours a day. Provided us with halal breakfast and the chefs were very helpful

Will come back again + Very comfortable stay. Washing machine with drying function. Spacious room. Very nice kitchen with full of utensils. Thanks to the receptionist lady for the outstanding customer service and I got an update. Cleanliness is perfect! − Wish I could get a room in higher floors but overall is great. Excelente relación precio calidad! + El departamento es super amplio y comodo y tiene un equipamiento muy bueno para una estadía de 7-10 días. El desayuno es completo aunque con pocas opciones occidentales. El gimnasio, sauna, pileta, sala de juegos muy completo y limpio. El personal muy amable y servicial. Para el precio es una excelente opción! − Estaba muy limpio salvo que había un poco de olor a tabaco se ve que había quedado impregnado de cuando se podía fumar. Igualmente tiramos un poco de perfume y se fue enseguida. Todo lo demas impecable!

+ A Wonderful Stay – Warm and Thoughtful Service We had a wonderful stay at Somerset Xindicheng Xi’an, and our whole family felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ms. He and Mr Diego, who was extremely warm, attentive, and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, she was always patient and happy to help. She also recommended many good restaurants nearby, which made our stay in Xi’an even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff also deserve special praise. Our room was kept very clean every day, and the staff were always friendly and courteous. Another thing we really appreciated was the excellent service whenever we ordered items through Meituan or had purchases delivered from department stores. The hotel staff kindly helped us receive and keep our deliveries, which made everything very convenient and worry-free. + El apartamento es impecable. Tiene prácticamente todos los detalles que puedas necesitar. Es amplio, está impoluto, las canas sin muy cómodas, tiene vistas fantásticas y las instalaciones comunes ya son las guinda (piscina, gimnasio, sala de juegos). − Nos gustó todo. Por decir algo, que no estuviera un poco más cerca del centro. Ese problema era fácilmente solucionable con un Didi por poco dinero.

Очень хороший уровень отеля и всего персонала. Если будет еще одна поездка в Сиань, уже знаю в каком отеле остановиться. + Местоположение отеля. Прекрасные апартаменты, хорошая звукоизоляция. По комплектации в апартаментах все на уровне. На ресепшен всегда помогут, очень доброжелательные и всегда готовые решить любые проблемы, чтобы было комфортно отдыхающим. − Нет такого, чтобы что-то не понравилось.

Great value for money and a really nice apartment with great facilities. + The hotel is huge, the room/apartments are really big and have a full big kitchen, washing machine/dryer in one, full on living room, big bedroom and really big bathroom. The facilities in the hotel are also really good. The pool, the sauna, the gym, the game room are really nice. Breakfast was also decent. − -
