Good + Overall, the hotel is decent. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is responsive. The view from the higher floors is good. There's a McDonald's nearby, which served as our breakfast since we opted for a rate without breakfast. − The hotel feels a bit worn out: the finishes in the elevators, common areas, and hallways all seem somewhat dated. The elevator to the pool looks particularly unkempt. The lack of coziness and slight mess around the pool itself, which was the main reason we chose this hotel since the kids wanted a pool, was somewhat off-putting. Not all the reception staff have a basic command of English. It’s time to tidy up the common areas.

Comfortable Stay + Reception team was so supportive , they are giving extended support , due to language barrier they helped me a lot for taxi booking , everyday coming outside the hotel at pickup location and explainimg to driver for exact drop off location. Location and breakfast also good

Nice stay + Stayed here the second time on business trip, the rooms are good size, with comfortable beds, a clean washroom, coffee tea maker etc, advantage for Indian guests is the safron indian restaurant in the same compound and a McDonald's as well, so plenty of eating options available to suit the Indian pallette. The breakfast spread is equally good with a mix of continental and oriental cuisines. − They should have a health faucet in every bathroom, the entire world doesn't use tissue papers 😀

It wad good overall but the duty manager of hotel has to be check and ask First about check in and c + Over all it was fine but the problem o faced my stay extended two days and i informed the property about this a week ago but on 12th April i came from Shanghai i was unable to get inside the room o went to the reception they told it wsd your last day I said i informed earlier and this is not the way you locked my room my luggage is there you are saying it was your last day you have to ask first from customer whether he want to checkout or not − Because there were no response from the girl management i made my extension request a week ago property did not respond and check it
