It’s the first time staying at the hotel and we had a good stay. + Location is quiet, and situated in a residential area. There are local shops nearby if you want to buy something. The nearest mall is about 1km away. The rooms are big and can accommodate my family of 6 in the 3-room apartment comfortably. Helpful customer service at front reception. Special mention on Jim and he is approachable and friendly, helpful with many questions. − It is under renovation currently and most facilities are closed except for the Gym.

Love this apartment, definitely will come back to stay when needed + It’s a very spacious 3br serviced condominium, with good reception and concierge service. AC was strong in all rooms. Bathrooms clean and hot water available. Kitchen and washer dryer is perfect for a long stay or when with a big group.

Cozy apartment in the centre of Shenzhen + The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very pleased that the receptionist spoke English. Unfortunately, we did not get the room we had booked based on the photos on Booking.com. We booked an Executive Studio of 71 square meters, but we received a smaller apartment. We are both heavy smokers and needed a balcony; however, the only room available with a balcony could not compare—in terms of either appearance or size—to the one I had actually reserved. The balcony was so small and uncomfortable that your backside touched the door, and you couldn't even sit down and enjoy a coffee. There were several restaurants and a small 24-hour shop nearby. We also appreciated the Chinese grocery store that stayed open late. However, a large supermarket was reportedly a kilometer away. It was great that the accommodation offered a washing machine. − Overall, the hotel gave the impression of little bit being worn. We weren't pleased by the cockroaches ar…
