Ok to stay but check with hotel when the AC will be turned on + Great location and friendly staff − Hotel turned off the AC and only only vent mode which very stuffy. They did offer fans.

+ Die Lage war sehr gut. − Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Die Küche war schon um 22 Uhr geschlossen, das Personal wirkte wenig hilfsbereit, und der Zimmerservice war nicht rund um die Uhr verfügbar.

It was a relaxing and comfortable stay at the hotel. I'll stay here again when I come to Chongqing again someday. Aw + The place was excellent. The staff were accomodating and helpful. The room was spacious and big. The bathroom was spotless clean.

A satisfactory stay with good facilities, but improvements are needed in room comfort, housekeeping consistency, and ser + The hotel met my expectations as a five-star property. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient. The facilities were generally well maintained. − I stayed at The Westin for two nights before moving to this hotel, and I found the room comfort and pillow quality at The Westin to be noticeably better. The room design here feels more traditional and less modern. The bathtub in my room could not be filled properly, which was disappointing. Housekeeping also did not consistently replenish missing amenities and supplies in the room each day. In addition, there is considerable room for improvement in the service attitude and attentiveness of some staff members.

We liked it + Excellent breakfast - good location - friendly staff - comfortable beds. − The non-smoker room obviously had a smoking history and the AC did not manage to control humidity.
