Amazing Stay + The stay was amazing. We were there for a business trip and stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Overall cleanliness and service standards were very good, Staff are welcoming and friendly. Will definitely choose to stay in the hotel again on my next trip.

Amazing place with good accessibility. + Shunde is a bustling place, but this hotel is in the quieter part. Hotel is outstanding, if only American Holiday Inn’s could hit this mark. The facilities are great, everything is tidy and exceeds expectations especially for the price. There isn’t a bar in the hotel but there is one in the plaza called SD (Shunde) Home and it’s a great little place.

No More Exec Lounge but still not a bad hotel + It was very disappointing that this hotel has not re-opened its executive lounge, it makes it lesser of a business hotel. There is nowhere really in the hotel now to hold a business meeting or to sit and have a private chat. The hotel does not even have a bar area or indeed a café area, where one can sit and have a chat or carry out business, so unfortunately my colleagues and I will not be staying there when we next visit the area. It is still a nice hotel, but not ideal for business, (no business facilities) which is a pity as it is right in the middle of a business area!!! Rooms are all of a good size, good linen and decent pillows, the rooms are well appointed and the housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is terms of western guests a bit of a disaster, one star rating maximum. However, if you like a full on Chinese meal for your breakfast then its perfect, coffee is awful. The swimming pool and Spa are nice but have seen better…

A very comfortable 4 nights stay. + Overall efficiency, comfort and cleanliness of the property. Food on the 2nd floor restaurant was very good. − Location not central enough - too far to walk to town center. Nothing much of interest in the surrounding area. Also, should be stricter and not allow smoking inside the hotel. Could smell smoke in the corridors and saw people smoking in the lobby area (even though there was a "No Smoking" sign on the pillar)

+ Solidny hotel znanej sieci. − Podczas procesu rejestracji proszę wprowadzać nazwisko gościa do systemu. Bez tego nie jest możliwe późniejsze zalogowanie się do sieci dla osób nie posiadających chińskiego ID lub numeru telefonu. Opisy SZAMPON, MYDŁO, ODŻYWKA są tak małe i nieczytelne, że bardzo trudno je rozpoznać pod prysznicem.
