Awesome 🤩 + Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden view. staff is friendly and the lobby is to die for. I didn’t lose any of my belongings either. I felt safe. breakfast with diverse options 👍🏽👍🏽

Passable + Room cleanliness and decor. Breakfast spread. Wi-Fi connection. − The receptionist questioned our choice of bed for my spouse and I. The janitor of the changing rooms was very abrupt (shouting) to my spouse about leaving before the pool closing time. The management later apologized. Assistance at arrival with baggage. Improved staff training.

Good + The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. She offered to make coffees every morning and the coffee actually was better than what I expected. Housekeeping staff was very kind as well. − It should be non-smoking hotel. The non-smoking signs are everywhere. However, guests holding cigarettes walked freely in the hall. There was no staff helping with luggages. Yes there was always a man standing at the front gate. But he wasn't greeting to anyone even no eye contact. I'm not sure what he was exactly doing. LOL. Compared with other Shangri La hotel in Beijing, Tangshan needs a bit improvement in management.

Уголок спокойствия и умиротворения в большом городе. + Понравилось всё. Отель с невероятной атмосферой, чистый, ухоженный. Название говорит само за себя. Попадая в отель, чувствуешь как время замирает. Не знаю что именно способствует ощущению умиротворения, поскольку интерьер в номере относительно простой. Думаю как раз отсутствие визуального шума позволяет обратиться внутрь к себе, отдохнуть ментально, эмоционально и физически. Уборка на высоком уровне, персонал очень приветливый и помог решить все мои проблемы с размещением несмотря на трудности перевода. Очень хочу побывать в отелях этой сети в других городах и странах.
