    + Best hotel in Chengdu. This hotel totally sold me on Hyatt and I cannot justify staying at Marriott properties anymore. Marriott has taken their eye off customer service and it shows. Grand Hyatt offers luxury hotel experience and simply the best breakfast buffet experience in China.

    Fantastic + I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Excellent on every single aspect and I honestly can't really think of anything negative. Room is very clean and cosy and has a great view of the main road and IFS. Staffs are super friendly, professional and responsive. Breakfast and the lounge happy hour awesome!!! If I ever come to Chengdu again (I definitely will it's such a great city!), I will for sure stay at Grant Hyatt Chengdu again!
