Lianna
Damp and mold + Staff were very nice. It is clean. − There is a big ventilaton problem in the hotel. The mold is growing under the wallpaper and everything in the room became damp, including the bedding and all my clothes. They do provide a small dehumidifier but I had to empty it multiple times a day as it kept filling up

我們住了七個晚上，飯店所有員工都給我們很多幫助，飯店附近生活機能很強，不但有西湖市場，1樓可以買水果蔬菜任何你需要的東西， 2樓真的是各種美食都很棒，從飯店走出去就是便利商店然後右轉也有美食街，有黃仁勋同款牛耳精緻麵館。離開的時候我也覺得很 + 櫃檯人員還有房務人員服務態度非常好，幾乎24小時都能輕易得到幫助。 − 房間有點小，當然那也是因為我們行李太多

+ 1.櫃台先生＆小姐很親切協助。 2.睡眠品質不錯，由於隔天先生要比賽，入住前希望能安排高樓層＆安靜的房間位置； 謝謝傾聽顧客需求，安排在6樓高樓層且完全遠離馬路邊，夫妻倆睡得很好（床偏軟但ok，被子枕頭也都不錯，有5星飯店的質感☺️）。 3.一樓有附設咖啡機（拿鐵、美式、卡布、咖啡牛奶、巧克力牛奶……等多種選擇）、飲水機很棒！ 4.一早7:多先退房去比賽，行李可暫放到午後，很窩心讓我們能不趕行程！ − 1.廁所整體ok，只有熱水稍等比較久😅 2.冷氣空調聲音略大，能體諒因設備比較老舊，但還是有睡得很熟🤭
