limited reception hours, but good otherwise + The reception opening hours are only until 11pm, which for example can cause a risk at check-in when flights are slightly delayed. An extra hour would certainly be welcomed. Other than that it was all good. The water dispensers on every floor and the free coffee at the reception are a clear bonus.

+ 房間十分舒適整潔，唯獨枕頭偏矮。附近很多餐廳選擇，水源市場的餐飲，尤其有本地特色，值得一試。

+ 隣の部屋の音は特に気にならない(寧ろこのフロア自分しかいないのでは？と思うほど静かでした) お部屋もすごく清潔感があって天井が高いし広くて居心地がとてもよかったし、こだわって作られたんだなーと思わせるほどお洒落 トーストとコーヒーのサービスもあるし、LINEでトーストの注文などフロントとのやり取りできるので言葉分からなくても安心だと思います さほど不便ではなかったのですが一つだけ、洗面だけなにか詰まってるのか水が流れにくくて溜まってしまい気づいたら流れきっていた感じです。 また台北旅行の時はここのホテル使いたいと思うくらい良いです

+ It had Very bad service and management especially for late check in. We arrived mid night due to delayed flight and nobody was there even no emergency or lock box for late arrival.i called twice after we landed in Taipei around 11 pm but nobody answered the phone but the front desk said they waited for us till 12 am . We had to find the other hotel during mid night.

綺麗＆トースト + 朝サービスのトーストは美味しかったです．合わせてコーヒーとバナナも良かったです スリッパは忘れて過ごしましたが，床も綺麗で，快適でした．

+ Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt so zufrieden, dass wir unser zweites geplantes Hotel storniert und wieder das Hanns Summer gebucht haben. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man ist sehr nah an der Metrostation Gongguan, der NTU und zahlreichen Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und nicht hellhörig. In der Lobby erhält man Getränke und im Kellergeschoss befinden sich Aufenthaltsräume. Man kann seine Wäsche kostenlos waschen. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
