這次入住感覺真的很棒 很喜歡 + 整體房間都很整潔 感覺很舒服 早餐也相對好吃 沒有什麼毛病可以挑剔的 − 唯一小缺失 覺得房間的燈光不夠亮 可能天氣也不佳 所以房間裡偏暗 我自己比較喜歡亮的空間

抱著期待入住，卻有點失望退房。 + 浴缸挺舒適。 − 此次入住原本是抱著愉快的心情前來，也對五星級飯店的服務與住宿品質有所期待，但實際入住過程中遇到幾項狀況，讓整體住宿感受受到影響。 辦理入住時，櫃檯人員告知的住宿樓層資訊有誤，當下我也有再次確認一次，才確認正確的樓層資訊。雖然後續順利入住，但對於五星級飯店而言，基本的入住資訊仍應更加準確。 另外，入住後於浴室盥洗時，腳踩到地板上的一顆螺絲，所幸當下腳底只有留下痕跡，並未造成出血或明顯傷口，但當下確實受到驚嚇，也會讓人擔心螺絲來源及是否存在細菌、感染等衛生與安全疑慮。 原本開開心心入住，也期待能有舒適、安心的住宿體驗，卻遇到上述情況，難免讓心情受到影響。尤其以五星級飯店的標準來看，對於房間及浴室環境的清潔、安全檢查，以及櫃檯入住資訊的正確性，應該可以有更嚴謹的把關。 希望飯店能重視此次反映，確實檢查房內及浴室環境，避免類似情況再次發生，也希望未來能讓旅客真正感受到五星級住宿應有的品質與安心感。

A wonderful stay with stunning views, a fantastic pool, and everything we needed nearby + The mattresses were the most comfortable ones we had during our stay in Taiwan. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The swimming pool is a must-visit! The weather was extremely hot during our stay, and we really enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The neighborhood was great as well. There are several bars right across the street (we visited Sicily Jazz Bar to watch the FIFA World Cup), a night market nearby, and an MTR station within walking distance. I probably don't need to mention that there's also a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, as they're everywhere in Taiwan! − If I had to nitpick, the TV in our bathroom wasn't working. However, we didn't really use it, so it wasn't an issue for us. The price is also on the higher side.

賓至如歸的住宿體驗 + 從接駁、櫃台接待、總機到房務人員，每一位都用燦爛的笑容與專業迅速的服務讓我印象深刻。除了本來就很優秀的房間/硬體設施，我認為這些服務人員更是旅程圓滿的無價之寶，感謝貴飯店的所有工作人員～ 一切都很棒！如有機會，肯定會再次造訪貴飯店。

值得再訪的好飯店 + 所有服務人員都很專業，房間很大很乾淨，早餐很豐盛。 入住期間恰巧碰到颱風，能在房間內好好休息真是太好了。
