+ 絕對是早餐！早餐「台南牛肉湯」、「台南羊肉湯」、「海鮮粥」，西式沙拉吧，都無可挑惕。 − 1、所有的服務人員人員素質真的不行，不要說基本的皮笑肉不笑，是連皮笑都做不到。（餐廳除外，他們活力滿滿） 2、有提供出借腳踏車，但還車的時候，看我扛著上樓梯也不幫忙。 3、空調聲音真的大聲到爆炸。影響睡眠。 4、五星級飯店居然沒有浴缸。 5、稱不上骯髒，但也稱不上五星級該有的乾淨。

Generally alright + Generally alright, with good facilities in general for a family trip. Service levels generally good, as is to be expected in Taiwan where most people are friendly and courteous. Not a fan of open-concept bathrooms however, especially for family rooms.
