Excellent choice in Cotai + Excellent room, I was given one that has the airport view which was fantastic. It is a modern, clean and very spacious hotel and rooms. I also loved the breakfast, big variety of choices for all tastes. And of course on top of City of Dreams which was excellent access including food options in the food court. − NA

− When I checked in your hotel, the front employee said I can only choose option of smoking room. But when I booked through booking.com, I confirmed that I don’t want to use a room of smoking room, and I booked it because there was no matter. But when I checked in, the employee of your hotel front kept telling me that I can not use non-smoking room and I have to pay if i want to choose non-smoking room of 240mop, while explaining it’s « only » 240mop for choosing non-smoking room cuz I needed to upgrade my room for non-smoking room. But is it right that I cannot use the room I choose but force to pay me an extra charge? At least the front employee pretend to feel sorry for me, but she treated me so bad with not good facial expressions. It seems you need an education for employees not to lose your image of hotel.

+ Our room 2806 was ideal ,great views and very quiet, overall condition of the hotel was good. Tina and the staff on the Executive floor looked after us very well, definitely worth paying paying the extra $$. − Nothing

+ Hyatt is a top class hotel. Everything is nice! − The city of dreams renovated. Which is ok. But their signs to show how to get to Hyatt or shuttle busses are rotten bad. Not so much in Hyatt's area of influence. But gives a negative experience.
