Please improve customer service + Style of building. Location and view − Room not completely clean. The breakfast is uninspiring. We were really disappointed with the staff. No drinks on the wonderful terrace after 9pm and striclty adhered to. Manner of the staff left something to be desired. They did not appear to enjoy their work. Final problem was that we wanted to enjoy a drink on by the terrace at 11:48, the attendant looked at his phone and said “we start at 12”. We decided not to stay longer and will try other hotels in the area in future

Coloane Inn is our favourite place to stay in Macau - will be back soon + Pool is great - small but gets plenty of sun and looks out over the sea. Restaurant is very nice - good value and some very nice dishes. Rooms are old but clean and have plenty of vintage charm and the balcony is a fine place to sit with a morning coffee. In the evening, I gave the bartender the recipe for two cocktails and he generously offered them to us free of charge. The staff here are always polite and friendly. − Still using robes that are too small. Towels in room are quite old and could do with replacing. Saved us a table for evening meal but failed to inform us that last order for food was 9pm.

+ Bel emplacement, piscine privée dans un cadre exceptionnel, belle vue − C'était certainement un quatre étoile dans les années 1980 (inauguré en 1977). Mais la maintenance n'a pas suivi et donc maintenant le qualificatif quatre étoile est un peu abusif
