Thank you for a comfortable stay. + When making my reservation, I had shared with the reservations agent that I lived and worked in Macau for 15 years and that my wife and I were returning after four years. The agent responded warmly and expressed appreciation for our visit, which set a positive tone and raised my expectation The airport transfer was booked through the hotel. The vehicle itself was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The greeter was welcoming upon arrival and guided us efficiently to the pickup point. The car arrived within two minutes, and we were promptly on our way — all of which was greatly appreciated. However, the journey to the hotel, although short, fell short of our expectations. There was no communication or engagement from the greeter during the drive. Having lived and worked in Macau for 15 years, this was not an issue for us personally, as we are already familiar with the destination and what it has to offer. That said, I would have expected a …

Best Hotel in Macau + The little extra money spent on going to this hotel was worth the price. The food was great, the staff made being in a new country less intimidating (we both didnt speak cantonese) and the staff do their best to provide a welcoming experience.

High-level service, fantastic rooms, excellent location, comfortable stay. + The entire experience at Altira was fantastic. Everything starts with how they greet and treat you at arrival, where you feel that the service is on a high level. It continued to be so throughout the stay. I stayed in the Waterfront View King Room, which was spacious and practical. All the details are in place, as expected from a high-end hotel. Ordered in-room service several times, because it was delicious and enabled me to eat and enjoy the view from the room. Bed was very comfortable, AC could be set to a non-intrusive fan speed & everything was spotless. Special thanks goes to Mr. Stephen from the front desk, who helped me solve the problem of the no-show charge from the first night.

Quite satisfied except only transportation from bus gate at HKG & Macao bridge!! + Especially Room View a Swimming pool and Jacuzzi and Resort Staff quite good!! And Room Cleanliness quite good so could spend very comfortably!!

Great deal with comfortable family stay + This is actually a great establishment. Location wise is easily accessible, price wise is decent, has a good privacy. I would say this hotel is more of a Chinese mainland kind a type. It does’t have proper coffee in the room, most of the staff speak Mandarin instead of English, the decoration and stuff are too. What I meant by privacy is that this hotel’s lobby is on the 38th floor and there is a separate elevator to go down to the room floors. However, to go down to the entrance is either go back to the lobby and change, or go to the gym and restaurant and take other elevators at the back. It is like a maze. My room view is magnificent, facing Macau tower, the bridge, and the Sands. The gym and pool are also nice. In general, this is such a proper family hotel with a decent price. It would be so much better for me personally if they have Netflix as well as proper coffee like Nespresso.

Perfect 5star hotel + Really like to give them a less then perfect marks but can not find any faults with the staffs,hotel or anything else. Maybe no coffee machine at first but provided when asked. A hotel with 5 out of 5 scores.
