Impressive Hospitality from Start to Finish + Our stay at The Parisian Macao was excellent, thanks to the exceptional staff. Nina at reception made check-in smooth and welcoming. Jojit from bell service was attentive and efficient. The concierge team consistently provided reliable guidance and support. Min Han from luggage service handled everything with care and speed. Their combined professionalism made the visit genuinely enjoyable.

Helpful concierge + Nana and Andrew spoke spoke fluent English and Chinese and were really helpful in clarifying my queries about ferry tickets to Shenzhen. Kudos to them!

I’ll come back again to this hotel if I visit Macau again + Rocky,Nana and Ken provided an extremely good service during their duty. I have had a good experience in the hotel. They are so active, with a big smile, well patient on explaining my queries, facilities inside the hotel.

Beautiful stay at Parisian + Susie and nanaluo were very patient and detailed in answering our questions on how to get to hong kong. The hotel was very nicely decorated with wonderful ambiance. Housekeeping was very well done as well which made my stay really enjoyable. The shuttle service made the trip really convenient as well. Only thing that i feel can be improved is shorter waiting time for shuttle bus to central district macau as we waited one hour.
