I wont stay here again + Accessible to all establishments like restaurant − Staffs were not that good, they shout and not friendly . They could not answer our question. I understand the language barrier but they must show friendliness with a smile, not shouting and frowning.

Great location, comfortable beds, spacious room + Plenty of shops around the hotel, few minutes walk to MTR station and airport bus stops, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, spacious room, airconditioning was good. We stayed only for a few hours to sleep before our next flight, but will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. − Breakfast menu could use an upgrade, the variety is acceptable. There was a small cockroach in the room, and the towels were substandard. There was no complimentary drinking water bottles in the room.

+ Location is very convenient − Towels are grey. Draining system kept refluxing and making gooloogooloo sounds which was disgusting. The fridge was warm not functioning so we couldn’t put food and milk in.

+ 價格實在便宜，而且房間相對大間，自助系統可以選房間。 − 先用自助系統選好無菸房，最後一步顯示沒房卡，改用人工登記。人工登記給的房間變低樓層，進房間有很濃的煙味，要求改房間還是低樓層無菸房。自助系統不知道是搞笑還是擺設，沒用且浪費時間。 三台電梯真的有年代，都會不定時搖晃一下。

Good place but staff urgently needs customer service training + the location was fine, despite the fish market facing the hotel. rooms are comfortable and clean, and breakfast food was abundant and varied. − Breakfast room male attendant quite rough and unfriendly, using harsh manner with guests at the tiniest "food serving procedure" error. Also, reception staff quite focused on their work, not able to say a quick HELLO to guests, to make us feel welcome and appreciated.

Je ne recommande pas! + La localisation c’est peut être le seul point positif de cet hôtel. − Premièrement la chambre, elle sort tout droit des années 90 début 2000. La climatisation fait un boucan infernal. La chambre était censée avoir « vue sur la ville » tu as vue sur le mur du bâtiment d’à côté. Pas d’eau chaude les 2 derniers jours, je vais voir la réception la seule réponse qu’on m’a donnée c’est « I’m sorry » Le petit dej n’est pas d’une grande qualité, et de part la localisation dans une rue où il y a pleins de petits commerçants, quand tu arrives dans le hall d’entrée depuis les ascenseurs, il y a une odeur très prononcée de poisson. Je vais faire un dernier point sur la chambre, le matelas est dur et normalement j’aime ça, mais là tu sens les ressorts ce qui est beaucoup moins agréable. J’avais une chambre individuelle mais qui peut être communicante avec une autre, quel enfer quand les voisins parlent etc… jusqu’a tard le soir. Un cruel manque d’insonorisation. …
