Great place to stay when in Hong Kong. + The hotel was very good. From the time we arrived until the end the stuff was helpful on everything we needed. The reception helped us a lot with our questions an small issues we had. The lounge was great and there they have Gabrielle that did more than above to assist with our needs. The concierge Ronald Lau helped us with a special show we wanted to see and some other things. The hotel is not very close to the center, but the MTR is only 5 minutes away, so we could get any place through it. The breakfast was good, but we are vegetarian so the choices were less. − More vegetarian choices in breakfast. There is hot water machine in the room for tea but espresso machine can be great in the room..

The room and other facilities were good and the staff were keen to provide an exceptional service + The breakfast was well prepared with a good range of options. our room had duel aspect windows and as it was on the 28th floor ensured there was no traffic noise and gave us great harbour views − Some of the towels were a little thin and seen better days

It is an old building. But the staff were helpful and courteous. They tried their best to support and converse with the + Near to food and groceries.. and close to Victoria peak. − A bit dated though… it is clean no doubt

Great Marriott Experience, but Luggage Storage Needs Improvement + I decided to stay at Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong because it seemed like a very good deal and, as a Marriott Bonvoy member traveling solo, it looked like a convenient and reliable choice for my time in Hong Kong. Overall, I was very happy with my decision. The hotel delivered the Marriott standard I expected, and the staff were consistently lovely, friendly and genuinely happy to help. I was also warmly recognized as a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member upon arrival, which I appreciated. My room was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained, with a lovely view of the harbor. I would also definitely recommend the breakfast, which offered a very good variety of local and international options. The hotel itself felt a little tired and the building was clearly showing its age in places. That said, it appeared to be well maintained, so this did not cause any major issues during my stay.
