Comfortable abd spacious room + Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. I appreciated the refilling water service. − I could not find the switch to turn the bathroom light off, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, or if there was we could not find it.

Mistake of front desk staff did happen before during previous staying − The performance of front desk staff very poor & un-smart Keep on saying the credit card is not workable & requesting guess to use other cards for serval times but without sense to verdify the hotel payment system, eventually it was discovered by the guess the issues was caused by hotel system. It caused the guess spending more than 20 minutes standing without solution whereas the manner of the staff is no good as well

A brief, but excellent, 1-night stay + We had a very short 1-night stay on a weeknight in August. We had been here several times before. As before, the stay was lovely. The room and view were great. Breakfast was very tasty. Recommended!

Incredible hotel, at a wonderful location, amazing breakfast and very friednly staffs. + Amazing hotel at a very great and quite place with very good public transport facility available at stones throw. Breakfast is incredible and staffs are very polite and friendly. I reached very early morning and they were very kind to give me my room and I could get a good four hours sleep before attending my meeting in the afternoon. they also allow you to get a late check-out which is very helpful as an international traveler. The airport is accessible by a bus which stops at the front of the hotel. Great place and very good quality given the price. − Nothing, all were excellent. Thank you.

+ Location is quiet, rooms are neat and clean. Staff is well behaved and helping. More accommodating the last minute requests also. It was over all a wonderful experience.
