Terrible Front Desk, Check-in Delays & Poor Suite Room Condition + My review for this hotel is mixed. The hotel has excellent concierge and shuttle bus drivers but the front desk was disappointing. Due to early flight arrival, we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. We enquired if we could check in a bit early, if not, we would go to lunch. The front desk staff said yes and the room would be ready soon. After waiting for 20 minutes, we checked with her if the room was ready. She said no. If we knew the room was, in fact, not going to be ready soon, we would go to lunch first. We came back from lunch at 2:45 pm and were told by the same staff that the room was still unavailable. Isn't the normal check-in time 2:00 PM? We waited for another 15 minutes to check again and still to no avail. After a while longer, we checked again and she finally said yes (rudely). Knowing that the hotel guests have been waiting for so many intervals of time since 1:30 PM, why didn’t she notify us…

I won’t choose this hotel next time. + Staff − No hot water- need to keep the water running for at least 15 mins to shower and it’s not even hot No air condition- my family stay hot and sweat all night for our stay at the hotel in summer The bed not comfortable- I had back pain for my stay at the hotel

+ The cleaning team was friendly helpful. − - No water was given during all the stay, you have to buy it from outside. - No accessories was given in the bathroom even the soap that I had to buy it from outside, only shower gel and shampoo was available. - No desk in the room as shown in the picture. So if you have to work during your stay use your baggage as a desk. - Very small rooms, difficult to arrange your baggage. - No international breakfast available. - No breakfast for kids, even when I complained they asked me to add sugar to the meal if the kids don't like it, and very harsh response when claiming. - No omelettes in the breakfast, only eggplant. - Very limited choices in the breakfast. - Gym was very small with a very limited machines, even some of them were broken.

Not worth it + It was clean and nice at the front desk and stuff − Location is way too far from main city, breakfast is a total scam it was 70 hkd for the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The eggs were plastic like and the food smelt horrible, not many choices and it was very cheap.
