Stay in Marco Polo + Nice stay, perfect localization but quite noisy at night (I encountered a party neighbor who was smoking cigarettes in his room).

Macro Polo Xiamen + The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

A lovely stay! + We had a lovely time at Marco Polo Xiamen. The suite was spacious and well-appointed. We enjoyed the executive lounge and their offerings. Most of all, we appreciated the staff (Aries, Amy, Betty, Suki) who were all very welcoming and helpful! Aries especially helped us to locate a lost item. Thank you and we hope to come back again soon!

Marco Polo was a great time overall! + Marco Polo was a wonderful place to stay, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. The property was comfortable, well maintained and conveniently located. I had a very enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again.

Convenient for westerners. + Marco Polo Hotel has been my choice over the last 15 years in Xiamen. The hotel itself is getting old but it has been refurbished and the standard of service is excellent. It is well located in an area where there are a number of bars, coffee shops and restaurant suitable to Australian taste.

Service, accommodations and facilities + Staff were all very courteous and polite. Food was good and well-prepared. Location was excellent, about 20-30 minutes from the airport. Will surely come back. Already looking forward to my next trip. Thank you so much!

Great stay and great view of Xiamen + great location, very quiet area and just across the lake. breakfast buffet is okay. the hotel is well maintained. − some parts of the room were already getting worn down but still a good place to stay.

After 40 years of travel, Marco Polo was the finest in service and value! + Imagine you're sent to a new city in China, you've both been business travelers for 40 years, and your vendor INSISTS you stay at their favorite local hotel - the Marco Polo in Xiamen. Knowing their quality level, the bar is high. But we had no idea of the level of pampering and personal service we would receive! Every single person we met, from door openers to bakery staff, and especially the front desk, sales, concierge and Club Level restaurant, we were wowed every single day. They remembered our names. Greeted us like old friends. Were genuinely concerned about what they could do to better our stay. Our 7th floor Club level room was gorgeous, very spacious, well appointed. The food was marvelous and full of variety for our 2 week stay. But the people who worked there were the biggest bonus - Vincent & Bob - spectacular interactive support, bubbly problem-solver Karen - who welcomed us daily and helped us w…
