Fabulous, personable, friendly & helpful staff, with wonderful restaurants for both Chinese and Western food! + My partner had a medical emergency when we first arrived in Chongqing, and I have nothing but praise for the warmth and concern they showed us! All the staff were very friendly and helpful! In particular the operations manager Hurris was particularly attentive and personable! Any problems, of which we only had a couple, he fixed in a short space of time! Our housekeeper Dora Pu was friendly, efficient and helpful, as were the front desk staff and the restaurant staff and managers in both the Brew House and the Elements Dining Room! Highly recommended!

Alles prima, wir kommen gerne wieder. + - Das Frühstück war klasse. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. - Die Zimmer waren ansprechend groß und sauber. - Die gesamte Atmosphäre war einladend. − - Das leckere Gratisbier sollte man vllt. auch aufs Zimmer bestellen können.

Great stay with very helpful Concierge staff + I had a very pleasant stay at Kempinski Chongqing. The concierge staff were especially helpful - assisted us with our packages and returns, communicated with Merchants in Chinese, which made things so much easier. I believe the gentleman’s name was Songu (or similar, 100% name starts from S). Thank you for that! Excellent service.

Great room, great breakfast, helpful staff, five star hotel experience + Great location, super nice hotel, very nice rooms. You can tell it’s been several years since opening, but still top notch, luxurious. Great beds and sheets.

Super goed + Alles was naar wens ontvangst aan de deur prima ik was nog niet uitgestapt of de bagage was al uit de koffer van de wagen . Receptioniste heeft met een mooi en gemeende glimlach verwelkomt. Alles verliep vlekkeloos zonder problemen ze spreken er goed engels . Kamer zeer ruim en alles is kraak net geen stof of dergelijks . Je kan Douche je kan een bad nemen de wc alles is ruimte. Heb een kamer gekregen op een hoge verdieping .met mooi uitzicht .genoeg liften een zes tal dus je hoeft niet lang te wachten . Ontbijt ook rijkelijk niets te kort er is ook brood. Wil je iets plannen of zo kan ook geregeld worden door de receptie ik vroeg om naar Wulan te gaan die heeft alles geregeld voor mij . Als je het een beetje gehad hebt met streetfood wat hier zeker niet slecht is kan je hier een all you can eat formule in het hotel zelf .er is ook een brouwerij voor de bier liefhebber daar kan je ook ala cart eten . Reliable and assuring + Location convenient for taxi/ride-hailing. About 20 small restaurants including a luckin coffee n kfc at walking distance. Very clean but shower floor tends to pool water near the door. Fluffy bathrobes, plenty of storage, glassware and good desk lamp. But odd light system requiring patience to click through to the setting desired. Room. Service on wechat mini program keeps defaulting ro ads. Good sized gym and pool, but sauna,steam room and plunge pool on low energy saving mode. Staff were polite and helpful. Food at the German bistro was good despite low season.

Amazing Stay + I checked out from Room #27XX, and my stay was truly amazing. I was upgraded to an Executive Suite for 6 days and 5 nights, which made the experience even more special. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Reservations team, especially Plus, who assisted with my booking and helped resolve an issue with my parcels prior to check-in. At the reception, Kerry was exceptionally kind, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. I would also like to thank the reception team members David and Freya (if I’m not mistaken, on duty on 3 February during the noon shift). They were very thoughtful and kindly extended my late check-out until 6:00 pm after learning that I was unwell. My thanks also go to the concierge, Garry, who assisted with my parcels and helped me place in-room dining orders when I was unable to scan the QR code in the room. The best Kempinski I have stayed at. + We, a family of 4, just stayed 3 nights at this great hotel. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The service of the staff is perfect, the kindness and the willingness to help is outstanding. The rooms are great, old style european luxus which I as an european like a lot. The pool and other facilities are perfect. We tried the breakfast which also was perfect. This hotel is among the best Kempinski hotels I have stayed at. I would give them 6 stars if I could. See you again next time we are in Chongqing.
