+ Incredible staff very accomodating. The room aircon didn't go below 24 which led to sleepness night. As other reviews outline the rooms have a strong rooms smell of smoke. Staff were amazing and buffet diner is A grade.

This was a great hotel for our very short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. + The room was vey spacious, clean & comfortable. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a great variety of food, tea & coffee. The access to the swimming pool and gym were very good.

Un’oasi di eleganza e comfort, con servizio impeccabile e dettagli di alto livell + Soggiorno breve ma impeccabile. Hotel elegante, estremamente curato e con un livello di pulizia eccellente. Nice hotel and staff. Food is not a strong point of you aim at western fare. + Clean modern quiet good location for my needs − Restaurant. 1/ pizza was terrible. The chef just doesn’t know how to do it right. The dough Was just horrible and there was way too much mozzarella. 2/ breakfast: at the Egg Station there was a 3d model of eggs Benedict - and I asked for it. The kitchen staff had no idea how to make it and then they quietly ignored me pretending I hadn’t actually asked for it.
