Very great hotel, clean, comfortable and over all professional staff, but poor English communication made even basic req + Excellent location, excellent room facilities and overall very comfortable rooms. − The biggest issue was communication. For an international hotel, it is unacceptable that most reception staff barely speak English. Any request over the phone becomes almost impossible, forcing guests to go down to reception in person for even simple matters. This creates unnecessary inconvenience and wastes time. While the staff were courteous and professional, the lack of English-speaking personnel significantly affected the overall guest experience and is something the hotel should address urgently.

The better hotel here + Dit is één van de betere en mooie hotels in dit district. Fijne service, erg behulpzame conciërge die zelfs meeloopt naar het restaurant 2 straten verderop om het aan te wijzen. − Over het algemeen toch een zeer beperkt aantal werknemers die goed Engels spreken. Dat verwacht je in dit district eigenlijk iets beter. Het buitenzwembad ligt eigenlijk bij het ernaast gelegen Jumeirah living. Niets mis mee maar wel een wandeling door het hele gebouw.

+ Le design de la chambre est sympa. La piscine intérieure n’a rien d’incroyable mais c’est un peu le cas partout en Chine. On y va pas pour se relaxer. Le petit dej n’a rien d’incroyable non plus mais idem c’est un peu le cas partout en Chine. Pour résumé, j’y étais il y a un mois et je ne garde rien en souvenir à part la deco des chambres. Il ne marque pas l’histoire mais fait le job pour le prix. Je ne sais même plus s’il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel, c’est dire…
