    + Genuinely exceeded my expectations with metro station being right next to the hotel (as soon as you exit, turn left and in less than a minute is an entrance into the station). Breakfast was great with a variety of food options including Western and Asian delicacies. Really enjoyed my stay here and would 100% book it again!

    A great stay in Shanghai @The Pullman Jing'an + Location was excellent for everything we wanted to do whilst we were there. Great breakfast each morning to start the day and great service each and every day from everyone. A special shout out to Allan for sorting so much out for us before we even got there such as our transfers to Disneyland and more importantly brilliant tickets to the football game on the Saturday which I was unable to book being in the UK, then paid for them when we arrived. Whilst there throughout the trip Allan was always the go to for anything else we needed to enquire about or just general information to make our planning run smoothly. Overall, a great hotel, in a great city, with great service and people. − All was fine across the board as stated above.
