+ Always stay in this hotel but this time they changed the service and conditions, first they wanted to changed to twin bed and they were so impolite

The excellent business hotel in Hangzhou. + The Staff is very kind and good English speaking. The room is cozy and clean. The breakfast restaurant's food are good enough for the foreigners and staffs is very nice and friendly. I appreciate this restaurant staff's service.

Bra hotell för affärsresa + Klassiskt Sheraton hotell med det man behöver på resan. Gym kunde gärna vara lite mer utrustat, men ok.

+ A well located hotel not too far from the Airport, train station and the business districts of Hangzhou. Comfortable and good service as you would expect from a Sheraton hotel. The gym would benefit from more gear, but you could still enjoy a reasonable workout. Breakfast was fresh.

+ Hotel is definitely NOT as clean as a typical 5 star hotel… Location is excellent to have a walk along Qiantang river.

river walk is exceptional + fantastic hotel. great location. my only complaint is they must have some mattress protector on the beds, they don't breathe well so i'm sweating at night. walking distance to the mall is also great. and you get get a several mile walk in next to the river. very scenic and the boardwalk is right across from the hotel. highly recommended to take a walk at night.

Comfortable + Comfortable and large room. But take note there is a charge for use of disposable amenities like toothbrush and even hand soap (apparently a city council initiative). Nice view and location.

+ As a Japanese guest, I stayed at this hotel and had no issues with communication since most of the staff could speak English. They were very polite and accommodating, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. There was always someone at the front desk, which made me feel secure. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.
