From the moment I arrived, every aspect of the experience was first class. The hotel itself is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the staff genuinely make you feel valued as a guest. I would especially like to recognise Nataly, a member of the international team, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She was incredibly helpful with bookings, arranging taxis, and providing excellent local recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble, and her professionalism and kindness made a real difference to my visit. I would also like to highlight the fantastic team at the Lobby Lounge. Judy, in particular, made us feel incredibly welcome and was wonderful at keeping us entertained from the other side of the bar.
