Just OK + The location is a definite highlight — conveniently situated and easy to get around from − I stayed at the Conrad Beijing, and while it has a strong reputation, my experience was unfortunately let down by several issues. The facilities felt dated and not well-maintained. In the bathroom, there were visible water stains and rust marks, and the carpets were noticeably unclean — you could clearly see dirty patches that had not been properly addressed. For a hotel at this price point, the standard of cleanliness and upkeep was below expectations. On top of that, I discovered after checking out — only when reviewing my credit card statement a few days later — that I had been charged more than the agreed price. Having to find this out myself, rather than being notified by the hotel, felt like a lack of transparency. When I contacted the hotel to resolve the overcharge, the refund took nearly three weeks to come through. For a luxury property, I would expect billing errors…

great staff members, service was world class quality, and ensured my stay was smooth. + Great location. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. special thanks to Natalia and Marcel, two english speaking staff members, who were promptly available to recommend, support and address any issues. Given long check in lines, Natalia ensured I had access to a quicker check in procedure, and made sure I could access my room earlier than expected. This only reflect on their attention to guest experience, and flexibility to acccommodate everyone's needs. − some small kinks that were quickly fixed hy the staff once reported - bathroom sliding door got stuck, night light did not turn off. staff promptly fixed all.

it was okay, but definitely not the experience I wanted to have + Nice breakfast, clean rooms , bath − First we came we got the room with a terrible cigarette smell. We asked to change it and the only option was the one near the elevator and another view. Every day the waiting time at breakfast was huge , I was waiting in the line to sit around 5mins , for the pancakes more than 20 mins , coffee approximately 10 mins. The WiFi didn’t work with the standard login with hotel room number , I called the reception to get a password. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not the experience I wanted to have

Marcell the concierge was fantastically helpful, everyone was very kind and the hotel is in a great location + fantastically kind staff, great environment and great cleanliness in the entire hotel
