Good stay overall, but a rough first night − I have mixed feelings about my recent stay at the Hyatt. On one hand, the hotel is generally very nice and the staff is helpful. However, our arrival was quite disappointing. We checked in late at around 1:00 AM after a long journey and were exhausted. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling properly, it was only blowing air like a fan. Because we were so tired, we didn't realize it immediately and spent the night in a room that was 27°C. I woke up the next morning with a terrible headache from the heat. To the hotel's credit, they moved us to a larger, better room the next day. While I appreciate the upgrade, the "Hyatt experience" is supposed to guarantee a perfect night's sleep from day one, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here

Good hotel but the staff let us down numerous times sadly + Amazing hotel, good location, and rooms a nice! − Unfortunately the AC didn’t work in our room (26C) inside, and despite sending a technician in, didn’t work. The hotel kindly offered to move our rooms but moved us to a smoking room (which we only realised once we got there) and we then had to move back to our hot room at 10pm at night. Given the trouble I’d expected more than an apology and the best we were offered (after asking) was a free breakfast! What topped it off was 15 minutes later when we ordered room service, they forgot one of the main meals, so my wife and I had to eat separately. Very good hotel, but need to set the heating out. The pool changing room and facilities weren’t clean and felt dirty.

For the rest your people are very attentive and aleays ready to help. specialy conciergeries and receptionist + there are some few functionaries could be much better if they are better trained. Ex. The sauna today was all off at 7 PM and the schedual considered in your official info is that it closes at 10:30 PM Not only they were disconected. There were also not towels avilable − This intends to be a positive critic that could get your hotel even better

+ Nice lobby − Very few staff. Only 2ppl at the front desk usually. Interior not well maintained. Doesn't feel like a5 star hotel at all in terms of service and details.

Exceptional! + Everything from the staff, the decor the food and the facilities were wonderful. Top tier service from the staff and my room was AMAZING! I was here solo for a birthday trip and they were kind enough to give me a little cake to celebrate. I also dined at Chang’an Bridge - the food was delicious, definitely one of the best meals I had in China 🇨🇳 − It’s a bit far from the City Wall where most of the tours leave from, but it’s very close to a subway station or a 25-30min drive to the wall.
