    Staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible + I had to spend 4 nights recuperating in the hotel after hospital treatment in Beijing. The staff were aware of my situation and could not have been more attentive, friendly & helpful. Check out was extended to 9pm at night at no extra cost to accommodate a 3am flight home, once I was deemed fit to fly.
