Great Hotel very friendly and helpful staff. + The location is great. Close to everything you need. The hotel is also very nice and the staff are very helpful. On arrival they could see I speak English so the allocated me an English speaking staff member who helped me with my whole stay. Ordering food taxis and showing me restaurants. Her name was Polina. I loved it here but please do not come here and expect a brand new 5 star hotel, it has been here for a while.

酒店非常大方，送mini bar饮品，给充足的矿泉水。服务贴心。房间超大，地理位置也很好，性价比非常高。 + 酒店服务非常好。带着7岁孩子本来预定的大床房，本来计划加床，酒店免费给升了家庭房，非常大方贴心！ − 浴室洗澡的时候会从浴房中向洗手间地面渗水。

It’s a very old hotel but the not clean at all. It’s needs to be renovated. + Room size and view was good − Carpet was not clean. Food was not good and not foreigners friendly.

Incrível + Hotel enorme, lindo e muito confortável. Possui diversos restaurante e uma starbucks. Os quartos são enormes e muito confortáveis, com camas excelentes. A localização é maravilhosa perto do lago e da rua principal. Café-da-manhã maravilhoso. − Eu achei os quartos com cheiro de cigarro. Troquei de quarto 3 vezes por causa do cheiro de cigarro e desisti porque percebi que todos são assim. Os chineses fumam em todos os lugares (apesar dos avisos de proibido fumar) e como o hotel tem muito carpete, acredito que já impegnou, então não teve jeito. Wifi lento, mas isso é em todos os lugares na china.

Avoid: Unhelpful Staff and Rooms in Desperate Need of Renovation + Terrible customer service and outdated facilities. The staff showed zero willingness to help guests. When I asked for directions to Starbucks, a staff member literally replied in English, 'I don't speak English,' and just brushed me off. They didn't even try to point the way or call someone who could speak English to help. Aside from the unacceptable service, the hotel itself is very old and desperately needs renovation. Very disappointing experience.
