فخم نظيف مرتب + الفندق نظيف وفخم ومرتب والخدمة من أفضل مايكون والموظفين متعاونين، الفطور متنوع وحلو وفيه أصناف تناسب المسلمين − -توجد داخل الغرف محطات شحن للجوال بالقرب من المكتب كنت أتمنى اضافة مدخل شاحن ( type C - A )جوار السرير( يوجد فيش كهرباء بدون مداخل شحن). - روب الاستحمام في الدولاب بالمدخل، داخل الحمام لاتوجد علاقة لتعليق روب الاستحمام. - لا يوجد شطاف بكرسي الحمام وهذا نظامهم في معظم الفنادق. ( بعض الفنادق توفر شطاف مدمج بالكرسي ) - السرير الإضافي غير مريح إطلاقاً.

Deludente per un 5 stelle + La dimensione della camera e la vicinanza all'aeroporto, la palestra è molto bella, grande e ben attrezzata. − Ho scelto questo hotel anche perché vicino all'aeroporto e perché, nella presentazione venivano indicati diversi servizi: palestra, piscina, spa, sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio. L'hotel indica una spa aperta dalle 10:00 alle 2:00, ma durante il mio soggiorno la spa di fatto non era attiva. l'area wellness era tutt'altro che quella che mi aspettavo da un hotel 5 stelle: sauna spenta; bagno turco in riparazione; vasca idromassaggio vuota; alcuni lettini/aree idromassaggio a bordo piscina non funzionanti. Per la piscina è obbligatorio indossare la cuffia, cosa che non era indicata nella descrizione della struttura. Ho dovuto acquistarla direttamente in hotel al prezzo di 88 yuan, un prezzo assolutamente eccessivo per una cuffia da piscina. La piscina, mi ha dato più l'impressione di una piscina comunale che di una piscina di un hotel 5 stell…

Tegenvaller + Niks − Het hotel was oud, slecht onder onderhouden, ontbijt ook zeer matig, zeker niet de kwaliteit die ik van Sofitel gewend ben. Toilet spoelde niet door. Personeel was ook uitermate onvriendelijk. Zelfs voor een korte businesstrip geen prettig verblijf.
