Mixed experience – comfortable beds but dated rooms and booking issues + Good foundation: The hotel has a solid basis and potential.Comfortable beds: The mattresses and pillows ensured a very good night's sleep.Quick solution: The staff quickly arranged an extra bed when requested − Dated rooms: The interior is showing its age and felt a bit dingy. Smoke smell: Despite booking non-smoking rooms, there was a clear, lingering cigarette smell. Overpriced dining and breakfast: The hotel restaurants were exceptionally expensive, even by European standards. Booking mistake: The hotel expected two teenagers (13-17 years old) to share a bed, despite our booking for three children.

Nice place to stay . Its my 4th time . + Staff are very lovely and helpful as usual. Room size Breakfast is nice − 1- I can say the in room dining menu should be more options especially for Muslim ( Halal ) . 2- in room dining service close at 11:00pm . We reached the hotel at 11:30 pm after long flight and ending up with no food . Knowing that i sent an email with my booking and i asked to keep some fruit in my room as i will arrive late and i will pay for it when i check in , unfortunately my request has been ignored. 3- i asked for the same request in 2024 and i raised my feedback about the food menu and in room dining services but nothing improved.
