Pleasant stay in a good location + They helped me to upgrade to the better room as there no rooms were available upon our checkin. Breakfast was also good with different varieties of dishes. Location is also very convenient and not far from metro station. − The swimming pool was occupied by kids who were splashing water around. We couldn’t swim normally. Breakfast dishes were not refilled when there was nothing left. Like fruits, deserts, cheese or other staff. I had to search for staff and ask to refill it. I asked to make omelet for me and explained clearly in Chinese what I needed to add there. The chef just ignored it. Besides, some of ingredients were almost finished. He didn’t care about it, just put a little portion that still left on a plate.

Definitely will be back + Excelent location near the Megalev line 18 you can go everywhere in Shanghai. Confortable room. Good breakfast with more options than the average similar hotels. Staff always ready to help. − Ordered a hamburguer at the lobby bar and it took 25 minutes to come.

Not to bad + The hotel is in a convenient location, especially if you're visiting the nearby exhibition and convention centers. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are generally well maintained. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The rooms feel quite dated, and there was a noticeable musty smell from the carpet. I had to change my room twice, but unfortunately, the damp odor was still present in the replacement rooms. The service was another downside. While the staff completed the necessary procedures, I didn't find them particularly welcoming or attentive, and the overall hospitality did not meet the expectations I have for a Renaissance hotel. Overall, I would rate my stay 7/10. It's a practical choice for business travelers due to its location, but I believe the hotel would benefit from renovating the rooms and improving the guest service experience.

Not suggest to stay in this hotel and not worth for the money. + - − The room is old and have mold on the wall, the water pipe of the bathroom is stuck and the air conditioner was broken. The stuff took so much time to solve the problem. I changed 3 room during this visit. The breakfast table management was not good.
