It’s an absolute beautiful hotel, feeling very respected, daily fresh fruits, all day breakfast is something really unic + All day long breakfast, you may have breakfast any time, Stylish, clean, very friendly staff. − The mattress made my backache 😂

Certainement le meilleur hôtel de Shanghai + Situé entre les étages 40 et 46 d’une tour récente, les chambres offrent toutes une superbe vue. Booker les chambres avec vue sur le Bund +++, le panorama est époustouflant, de jour comme de nuit ! On peut aisément rejoindre le Bund à pieds via la Suzhou Creek, sinon le métro est au pied de l’hôtel. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, décorée avec beaucoup d’élégance et de sobriété. Service impeccable et très prévenant. Le spa et la piscine sont un enchantement. Enfin les 2 restaurants (Il Ristorante et Bao Li Xuan) méritent amplement leurs étoiles Michelin ! − Pas grand chose, hormis le faite que le bar rooftop soit fermé pour travaux jusqu’au 20 mai 😅

not worth it + location and the room were good − absolutely slow staff at breakfast. Being at Dubai, Milano, Shanghai, this was finally the last resort to say: Bvlgari Hotel - its not worth the money its asking for the property. Never again

Simplesmente incrível ! Nota 10 ! + o Hotel é espetacular ! Quarto ultra silencioso. O tamanho atende solteiros e casais com muito conforto. chuveiro incrível. a área de spa merece passagem obrigatória. é incrível !!! o café da manhã feito de forma individual mostra um cuidado muito acima da média. voltarei a Shanghai e com certeza ficarei novamente nesse hotel. o preço, que pode parecer alto, entrega muito mais do que é cobrado. localização ótima, a poucos minutos a pé do The Bund. − Absolutamente nada !

Лиза превзошла все наши ожидания и оставила самые теплые впечатления. Сам отель нам очень понравился во всех отношениях: великолепный сервис, уютная атмосфера, невероятно вкусные завтраки и потрясающий вид на город из окна номера. Отдельно хочется отметить внимание к деталям. В честь моего дня рождения команда отеля подготовила не один, а сразу несколько приятных сюрпризов и знаков внимания. Это было очень трогательно и оставило незабываемые эмоции. Спасибо всей команде отеля за высокий уровень гостеприимства, а Лизе — за ее искренность, доброту и профессионализм. Благодаря таким людям хочется возвращаться снова и снова. От всей души рекомендуем этот отель!
