A very memorable experience in Beijing made especially nice by the Beijing Hilton Wangfunjing + Room Excellent Breakfast had large variety of Western, European & Chinese food Service from all staff was excellent. Top hotel op een geweldige locatie + De kamer was pure luxe, de bewegende muren maakten dat je het ruimtelijker kon maken. Het elektrische toilet was super. En de locatie… hoewel Beijing immens is , kon je vanuit dit hotel zelfs te voet naar landmarks − Het zou fijn zijn als er meer Engels sprekend personeel was

Good location. Good service + Two managers Alan and Leon and other staffs were very friendly and helpful. They arranged taxi for our tour and helped us to find our lost luggages

Great stay close to Forbidden City + We had an amazing room with a very comfortable bed. 24h gym. Well located in the city center if you want to be close to malls and sightseeing highlights, such as Forbidden City etc (walking distance). Lounge with afternoon happy hour with decent variety of snacks and drinks. − Restaurants closed earlier than operating hours shown at the entrance, so one evening we arrived too late, but in all honesty we did not double check beforehand either

Air conditioning is not cool enough, and even when set to the lowest temperature, the room never gets properly cold. Aft + 飯店位置 − 空調不涼，最低溫度不夠，連續開一整晚後還是不會涼，整間飯店所有房間的空調都不涼（飯店人員親口說的），晚上睡覺會熱醒的程度，電梯的空調還比房間涼，並且離開房間後空調一定時間內會自動關機，晚上回到房間後要好幾個小時才會再冷下來。也發現行政酒廊、飯店走廊等等整間飯店都有不涼的問題，八月熱天到訪的遊客權益歸0 ，飯店做法是給電風扇加冰塊 並且沒有恰當的補償措施。怕熱的遊客建議斟酌，尤其如果住大房間會更不涼就像我們，更要好好考慮。去行政酒廊到處都額外放冷風機，就可以知道飯店空調有多沒力。此次旅程也有住到王府井周邊的其他類似價位飯店完全沒有此問題。

A hotel with pride and class - home away from + I have stayed at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing four times—twice for more than ten days and twice for shorter visits. The more I have come to know the hotel and its staff, the more impressed I have become by their professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to give every guest the best possible experience. Their hospitality feels natural and sincere, never forced. It reminds me that, despite the common perception that today’s China is driven only by profit and money, genuine warmth, pride in one’s work, and thoughtful personal service are still very much alive. One thing that makes this hotel especially meaningful to me is that many staff members speak authentic Beijing dialect. For someone returning to Beijing, hearing Beijinghua gives me an immediate feeling of coming home.
