Exceptional + This hotel was just fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, and had a very good level of English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was exquisite. I also enjoyed dinner in the Chinese Dragon restaurant and lunch in Via Roma, and treated myself to a very good pastry from Kempinski Deli. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend. Location was good too for getting to central area. − Perfect

+ 房间很整洁，床很舒服 − 早餐对于外国友人或喜欢西式早餐的人士很友好，中国胃不太能找到喜爱的食物。空调温度无法设定更低，怕热的人在房间里依旧出汗。

− Quando chequi para o check in fui informado que o meu quarto escolhido não estava disponível e teria que ficar no quarto standard ou teria que pagar mais 400 rmb por noite para um upgrade. Não aceitei e a recepticionista disse que iria ver o que fazer. Foi me entrtegue um quarto e não gostei e nem parecia o mesmo que eu tinha reservado. Foi deceptionante. Para o nível do hotel foi péssimo.

− The child support measures seemed inadequate and unfriendly. It wasn't very convenient for traveling with young babies. First, the baby crib provided by the hotel was unusable for infants. Not only did it look worn and outdated, incompatible with the hotel's other facilities, but it also lacked a mattress, consisting only of a quilt about 10cm off the floor, while the bed itself was nearly 1 meter high – imagine the difference! Secondly, although the breakfast was highly praised, there were no children's meals available.
