Très bon séjour, personnel souriant et accueillant, chambre confortable sauf odeurs d'humidité + Chambre familiale très spacieuse et lits confortables. Repas copieux et excellents. Accueil très chaleureux du personnel de l'hôtel. − Les odeurs d'humidité qui sont présentes malgré la clim. Le prix un peu cher vs la qualité globale.

Avec des cafards 🪳 ! + La chambre est bien et propre − Les cafards dans la chambre !!! Et la salle de bain qui est archi humide donc ça sent très mauvais dans la chambre. Pas de frigo non plus, le seul hôtel au Vietnam où je n’ai pas eu de frigo, difficile quand on a une maladie et qu’on doit mettre dés médicaments au frais !

Superbe chambre + L’emplacement et la vue depuis la chambre familiale sont incroyables. S’endormir la porte ouverte sans Clim, ici pas de coq ou chaleur comme les homestay cote montagne. Très bon accueil par Seung!

Bien + L’hôtel est situé à 12 min en scooter de sapa tout en étant au milieu des rizières, donc la localisation est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est bon ainsi que les plats proposés au restaurant qui sont copieux (peut être un peu cher par rapport à Sapa). La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. − Le location de scooter est géré à l’hôtel par un sous traitant mais le scooter que nous avions n’était pas top, et en plus de la location (qui n’est pas cher) on nous rajoute l’essence (sur le principe ok) sauf qu’il n’y avait quasiment plus rien dans le réservoir nous avons dû pour le même prix remettre de l’essence pour avoir le plein. Nous avons croisé 2-3 cafards dans notre salle de bain, pas par manque d’hygiène dans la chambre mais par l’humidité que dégager la sdb. Un petit détail, mais nous avions la dernière chambre de notre niveau donc avec vue beaucoup moins intéressante que les autres chambres pour le même prix.

+ We arrived without much of a plan, but the staff helped us arrange a tour and transportation. Made the whole trip much easier.

+ Nice view. Good water pressure in the shower. − There was a constant noise in the walls that sounded like cockroaches (of which we also had one in our room). When we told the staff they told us that we shouldn‘t be concerned as it was „just“ wood-eating larva that stayed in the walls and would not come out and that the one cockroach we had in the room was an unfortunate coincident. The noise was extremely irritating especially at night. We asked when we had to check out and got told after 3 p.m. which was apparently a misunderstanding as it should have been before 3 p.m. So on our last day we got called that we were not checked out yet and that a late check out comes with a fee. In the end the nice lady from the reception let us shower and pack our stuff without any extra fee and we got told to not feel bad about the situation but it didn‘t help with the whole experience.
