+ The bed was comfortable . The room was pretty . − Arrived and was put in different room , not what i reserved . Had to change the next day . The staff was almost never there . Communicate via whatsup . The shower had inconsistent hot water , pressure was on and off . Toilet seat was broken . If you want coffee you need to walk out of the villa , it’s very far from town and the beach about 48 minutes walk to both .

Parfait pour découvrir Hoi An ! + L’hôtel est très mignon ! La chambre est propre. On vous conseille de louer une scooter, c’est plus pratique − La salle de bain a du mal à sécher, et été très humide.

+ Lovely place in a quiet area. Good value for the money. Hien is really lovely and she helped with everything I needed, rent scooter book taxi etc. We had a lovely time and we will be back on our next trip to Vietnam.

Friendly quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town + Cosy room with small balcony, comfy beds, helpful staff, quiet and away from hustle and bustle. − My partner had stayed when a family used to run it and Binh would cook breakfasts - speciality banana pancakes. Missing that homely vibe and milling of other tourists to catch up on places to visit. Bikes not serviced to ride to local coffee in the rice fields.

Great staff, not so great room. + Our receptionist handled our requests as needed with a positive attitude. The overall feel of the homestay was cute and welcoming A room we saw, different from our room, was nicer. − Our room we picked was not the best. There was a moldy smell, and poor air circulation for the room and bathroom. We could've opened the single window, but there were no security bars. The small window in the bathroom opened to the main public bathroom in the ground floor. Someone tall enough can easily peek in. Bed took up much of the space, just about manage to live with a partner. We found cockroaches every now and then.

+ They were kind enough to upgrade me to a better room for free! The location of this place is perfect. So lovely to bike around the rice fields. It's away from all the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas but still near good food and only a short walk/bike ride into town

Terrible hostel, very expensive for what it is. + Location was near to local restaurants. − Noisy construction outside of the property, with thin windows making the room noisy. Air conditioning and fan didn’t work very well. Balcony doors would not shut or lock, and hostel did not close at night (safety/security concern). Toilet seat was broken, and bathroom had some stains around the sink. Running water broke half way through and the staff never said anything. Remote control for TV was missing.
