+ La localisation proche des visites. Personnel tentant avec leurs moyens d'arranger les problèmes rencontrés. − Les equipments sont viellots et beaucoup ne fonctionnent pas. On a du faire changer notre matelas trop inconfortable. Ensuite les toilettes a la japonaise etait hs il a encore fallu changer de chambre. Mais ok pour le prix payé

Normal + La ubicación dentro del Distrito 1 estaba muy bien. El era personal era bastante amable pero no saben mucho inglés. El desayuno estaba bien. − Al reservar reservé una habitación normal y al llegar me dicen que he reservado una sin ventana al exterior. Más tarde lo comprobé en mi reserva y no se especificaba eso en ningún apartado.

+ L'emplacement est très bien et le personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique. − Les chambres n'ont pas de vraies fenêtres et sentent un peu l'humidité. Mais pour 2 nuits ça va, surtout si on sort et qu'on n'est pas beaucoup à l'hôtel.

Отличный отель, удобный с вежливым персоналом, вкусными завтраками + Очень удобное расположение, вкусные и довольно разнообразные завтраки, в целом хороший бассейн, вежливый персонал, есть место для байка на ночь, оставляли на подземной парковке отеля, сам отель красивый и чистый, лифт работает быстро и четко. − Комната была с окном с видом на окно другого номера, но за такую цену это не критично тем более что лучше вид там вряд ли есть, учитывая, что отель находится в довольно плотно застроенном месте

Ok but breakfast needs a lot of work − Breakfast wasn’t good. Poor selection of food, 2 fruits ,one Bain Marie not working entire stay but it was still filled with food each morning ,never clean plates, cutlery, no salt or pepper,

bien situé mais pas au top pour le prix + chambre sans fenêtre c'est courant au vietnam mais très mal indiqué sur la réservation et sur l'annonce. Lit de mauvaise qualité mais le personnel nous a changé le matelas. Chambre trop petite ne correspondant pas à la surface indiquée sur l'annonce. Fenêtre doit préciser quel type car souvent les fenêtres doonet sur un mur et pas de luminosité.

+ Fine place for what it is- a clean budget hotel close to core, but away from noise. Staff very welcoming and helpful. − A25 brand operates multiple hotels accross Saigon, and often within ver6 close vicinity of each other. Minor difficulty in finding our particular address - double check!

Overall, very good stay and the facilities were clean. + Very central. Nice pool. Clean room. − The shower head wouldn't stay up and was leaking. It would have been nice to have a window. The staff were very pleasant but couldn't speak English or understand English. This is more of an us problem as we also don't speak your language.

Ask for water + Great breakfast included. Small refreshing pool on rooftop to enjoy the views Close to Ben thanh markets and walking street. − Room wasn't cleaned during our stay despite make up room being displayed. The floors in common area needed to be vacuumed Staff did come around in evening after we asked for our complimentary water and offered fresh towels but did not take used towels away. The shower over the bathtub caused water to run all over the bathroom floor Several times asked about our satisfaction at hotel once at 9pm at night via phone .
