+ Отличный отель, находится в самом центре, рядом с самой оживленной улицей с множеством кафе и ресторанов. При этом в отеле тихо и спокойно. Звуков с ресторанов вообще не слышно. Номер уютный, все необходимое есть. В холодильнике за отдельную плату всегда есть напитки, плюс печенье, лапша, чипсы (без наценки, по цене как в магазине). Особо хочу отметить персонал гостиницы - девочки на ресепшене всегда приветливые, улыбаются, стараются помочь. Лиза заранее спросила и время нашего приезда, поинтересовалась нужна ли нам помощь, скинула заранее информацию по экскурсиям, магазинам и прокате скутера. Отличный сервис!!! Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова

Great place to stay! + It was modern with a massive bed & nice bathroom facilities. The breakfast on offer was really good! We both got the banana pancakes with chocolate. Both Lisa & Si were extremely helpful during our stay and added to the experience positively. The location is also perfect just next to walking street and 20 minute walk to the imperial city. − Liked everything

+ The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. My husband had lost his prescription glasses on our travels and they recommended a nearby optometrist to him which was so helpful. There are restaurants close by which were great value with tasty food. The location is handy to the sights.

+ Very friendly and super helpful front desk staff, especially Lisa who gave good recommendations for restaurants, tours and places to visit in Hue. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which had everything we needed including a kitchenette and washing machine. The apartment is spacious and clean. Good location. Close to walking street and restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

+ The location was very good and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was nice, There is a Kettle and also a fridge in the room. − The bed was quite hard but i guess that is just a personal opinion.

+ Gorgeous spot, we had a lovely time here. Rooms are clean; breakfast was varied and delicious; location was great and most importantly staff went above and beyond for us. We had a lovely lady help us upon arrival, showing us a map of all the attractions, which ones are worth it and a good walking route. She also helped us book transportation where needed. I believe her name was Lisa, so thank you and all the other staff for being so lovely. Highly recommend!

Great place, very enjoyable. + Nice hotel with a comfortable bed and very good Wi-Fi — 77mbs. Great location near walking street. Staff were amazing, making my stay enjoyable. − No off street parking for a scooter
