+ Lovely homestay in a quiet location down an alley , such a cute room ..but only metres to Train Street , very friendly and helpful host , only stayed for one night ,wish it was longer − Everything perfect !

Good stay with great owner + - owner really nice and helpfull, recommendations for restaurants, booking of Ha Giang loop - we've got an update to the family room - AC - good location :next to train street, 15 min walking to old quarter and museums, Literature Temple - quiet as in back yard - drinking water available

+ No one answered the phone, so I really liked the other place I booked after showing up all sweaty and not being able to get in and wasted an hour − The entire experience was unacceptable

Wonderful host and fantastic facilities. + The owner is the kindest man on earth. He was so welcoming. My friend and I stayed for a couple nights then left to do the ha Giang loop for 2 nights and he allowed us to leave our bags with him in a safe space. When we were coming back we doordashed food to the place and it arrived before we got back and he went and picked it up and kept it warm without me asking. He then helped us book a day cruise to ha long bay and did all the information for it. I cannot recommend a better place, the rooms were also comfortable and a fantastic price. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough! − Nothing

Good location and cheap. + Good location and a nice host. − The bedroom and bathroom were not clean. There was a cockroach and a lot of bugs. There were stains on the sheets and a lot of dust in the room.

+ Le homestay est plutôt bien situé, à côté de la voie de chemin de fer. La chambre n'est pas bien grande mais c'est largement suffisant pour y dormir sereinement. L'hôte est vraiment très gentil et peut vous donner quelques recommendations si nécessaires. − Je ne sais pas si cela était mentionné mais la salle de bain est partagée. Les hôtes présents au même moment que moi n'en prenaient pas du tout soin. Or comme il s'agit d'une petite salle de bain, cela devient vite très sale

+ Very good location, nice view to the street (despite the room being quite dark even during the day). Fantastic staff, kind, helpful, welcoming and communicative (even in english)!! The room was in the 1st floor, shared bathroom only 4 stairs away! :) − The kitchen and the bathroom could have been much cleaner. It was okay but I was double checking what am I touching all the time. + about the room above
