Great place for family’s wishing to explore the area and don’t mind a walk into the old quarter + The size of the property was great, it suited us as a family of 8, as we were traveling for 3 days to Sapa and another day to Halong bag so it was a great base at minimum cost really. It was a 3km walk to the centre of the old quarter, so about 20-25mins which was ok, it also meant you got the peace and quiet that you don’t get till late if staying directly in the old quarter, staff were very helpfull − There was nothing not to like

Very much worth the stay. + Out of the hussle and bussle of the Old Quarter and introduces you to a new face of Hanoi. Close enough to the Old and French Quarter if you want to join in. Plenty of room for 2 and 2 more if required, excellent cooking facilities if you want to create a taste of home or some comfort food. − Nothing - is now my go to in Hanoi.

After couple of days we called this our home + This apartment was like a combination of a hotel and an apartment, taking the positives from both. The apartment (we had two bedrooms) is spacious. It has two bathrooms, wooden floor and balcony. AC worked perfectly. It has reception, and they speak also English. In the basement there is something like a 7-11 convenience store, which is super handy. Apartment is very close to the city center. Once we paid only 1,20 euro to Grab taxi get us to the center. The best part is the cleaning service. The ladies cleaned the dishes and made the rooms look fresh every day. We did not expect this in an apartment house. And they did excellent job. After couple of days we called this our home. We were looking forward to come back to this place from our trips outside of Hanoi. − The kitchen is equipped only so-so, and we were really missing dishwasher.

Great location, authentic, very clean, very spacious and great facilities- gym and a public swimming pool 2 minutes walk + Really enjoyed our stay here - staff were great. Helpful and friendly. We loved the location as it was in walking distance to the Old Quarter and French Quarter but without the constant noise and hustle. The room was big and spacious and with a full kitchen and filtered water provided. The lady who cleaned the apartment every day was fantastic- so diligent and everything was so clean and tidy. This is a great place to stay and we will stay there again when back in Hanoi! − The bed was hard (good for the back 😆) and shower / bath combo didn’t like - but they have softer beds and standalone showers if you ask. It is a great place though and in an authentic area. 5 stars.
