Highly recommend this place. + I loved staying at Loc Phat Hoi An. The location is perfect. Close to a lot of cafes and restaurants and to the beautiful rice fields as well. Although it’s in the city, it’s super quiet, because the homestay is in a garden, a few meters away from the street. WIFI was really good. Linh (the owner) and her family were so warm and kind - was such a pleasure to spent some time with them. Highly recommend this place. − None.

4 nuits a Han Oi + Charmant hotel, belle cour interieure arborée, chambres faites tous les jours, balcon attenant reposant, au calme mais proche du centre. Des velos en location pour se promener.

+ De mensen waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit een drukke straat kom je in een binnentuin met rust en en veel planten om je heen. Wij hadden een kamer beneden en dit was zeer goed met apparte douche en toilet. Je kan hier als ontbijt een heerlijke yoghurt eten met veel vruchten. We hebben hier erg genoten van de rust. − Niets

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit eigenen Bungalows & wunderschönen Exterior sowie freundlichen Personal. + Der Innenhof war wunderschön & die Zimmer auch. Es gab ein sehr weiches Bett mit Moskitonetz! Ausserdem waren die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett & wir konnten problemlos relativ preiswert ein Roller mieten. − Die Handtücher hatten eine etwas unangenehmen/ miefigen Geruch & das Zimmer leider auch. Es war definitiv aushaltbar!

Parfait + On a adoré ce homestay. On s’y sentait très bien. C’était propre. Le petit dej était bon. L’emplacement très bien. L’accueil adorable. On recommande sans hésiter. − Les scooter et casques à dispo ne sont pas tiptop.

The perfect place to stay in Hoi An! + The most amazing place to stay in Hoi An! This is such a lovely oasis with wonderful greenery and wonderful staff. The room was great and the cafe was the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch. We rented bikes which were perfect for exploring Hoi An.

+ С особым трепетом пишу этот отзыв! Мы много путешествуем по Вьетнаму, жили в разных местах, но это место 1000 из 100! Такой тишины не было ни где во Вьетнаме! С такой любовью организована территория, все зеленое, чистота, поют птички! В номерах есть все что необходимо для комфортного проживания. Наверное единственный минус это синтетические полотенца которые пахнут когда намокают, но это мелочь. Мне не хотелось уезжать из этого прекрасного места! Рекомендую на 100%

A perfect, peaceful villa in Hoi An! + Loc Phat was AMAZING. Highly recommend staying there on your next trip to Hoi An. A beautiful villa that feels peaceful and secluded while still being so central to everything in Hoi An. It’s a short Grab ride away from Old Town and the immediate surrounding area has tons of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff is lovely and helpful. 10/10.
