    + We were given a smoking room when we ordered a non smoking room. Went to complain right away at the front desk and asked for a new room, she said it's a non smoking room, and offered to bring in a oil perfume to remove the smelly smoke. The smelly oil and the smoky smell made us couldn't sleep, the more you want the fan to blow it away, the more it stays. this is not a one time smoke smell, it has been many cigarettes to have caused such a strong smell. We complained again at 1AM, because we really couldn't sleep at all, we were offered another room facing the street, this room should have been given to us at the start. We order the double bed, but if it has smoking smell, we don't mind taking 2 twin beds, facing the noisy street. Good location, close to Ben Thanh, but there are many hotels nearby who have done better.
