Soggiorno piacevole + Tutti estremamente gentili, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. La posizione fuori dal centro ma immersa nella natura, bellissima. Avevamo prenotato la bubble e ci è stato fatto l’upgrade gratuto al bungalow. Bici a disposizione gratuitamente, motorino a 5€ al giorno. − Niente

+ Our first time visiting Ninh Binh and staying at Fairy Mountain was truly unforgettable. Tucked away just 5 minutes from the town centre, the retreat felt peaceful, private, and deeply connected to nature. We stayed in the Cave Suite and it was one of the most unique experiences we’ve ever had. Anh Hoang and his team were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay — even their dog Mit made us feel at home. If you’re looking to disconnect from city life and experience something special surrounded by nature, this is a place I’d genuinely recommend.

Peaceful. Stay in a bungalow. + Loved the bungalows and the staff are super friendly. Helped organize car and fantastic tour. Location peaceful but could be too isolated for some as nothing in walking distance. Bikes are free to use. − The food - breakfast pretty good but lunch and dinner not great. No snacks. Need to take a car for alternative dining or staff will order for you through Grab. The spa needs some beautiful decoration. Don’t understand the plastic igloos. Pool exposed and very warm.

Great Stay at a property with Breathtaking views. + Great Property. It's an Eco Lodge and uses wood and bamboo materials. Fantastic background of the Limestone Hills. Has a nice pool and a good restaurant. The staff were fantastic. We even met the Owner who was so hospitable. − Noise Insulation could help. Privacy is disturbed because the Rooms are made of natural materials. It can get really quiet at night and even a low voiced conversation can disturb the peace.

+ Mooie locatie − Het zwembad was niet te gebruiken. We verbleven 2 nachten en er werd gezegd dat het zwembad de volgende dag schoon zou zijn. Dit was niet het geval.

+ El personal − Las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias. Todo muy viejo. La piscina no estuvo disponible el 50% de nuestra estancia. Se escuchaba ruido de todas las habitaciones.

Peaceful and magical stay in between the mountains, a must do! + This is a great and peaceful location. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. We loved staying here and if it were possible I would have stayed more than one night. The staff were nice and very helpful at every step. We had a great meal at the restaurant as well. Extremely important; bring insect repellant because the mosquitos were rampant at night. The rooms would benefit from mosquito nets. − So these are nitpicks I suppose, but the towels in the room were not extremely clean, and seat cushions at the pool were also slightly moldy and in need of replacement. The drinks in the fridge were covered in some dirt as well, but could easily be wiped off. These are small things, I still think overall our stay was wonderful.

+ The place is beautiful, located in the middle of rocky mountains away from the vehicles noise. Its very calm. − The bathroom flush was not working. I had to inform the property people twice to fix it. It was an uncomfortable situation for me that I have to sit in the bathroom till they come and fix it.
